ケイ・フーパー（Kay Hooper、1958年-）は、60作以上を上梓しているアメリカ合衆国のベストセラー小説家。
経歴
1958年、カリフォルニア州に生まれる。父が空軍基地の病院に勤めていたため、家族で基地内に住んでいた。ケイが生まれて間もなく、一家はノースカロライナ州へ移住し、同地で育つ。
独身で、現在もノースカロライナ州の小さな町で実家の近くに住んでいる。猫や子猫を保護するNPO団体「コミュニティ・ペット・センター」では、ケイ自身も委員を務めている。
